I don’t know how 5 star reviews could be given to this terrible restaurant. Duck was terrible, tartare was just plain chewy and terrible Dessert was so sweet I almost went into a sugar induced coma. Staff was mediocre and not helpful.

Ordered elk steak for my wife and I. Came out over cooked. Great looking restaurant and great staff. But every time I've eaten at this restaurant the food wasn't good to say the least. Bout time my steak was remade and came back I wasn't hungry. Two thumbs down.

Great atmosphere, great food. I had the stuffed pork tenderloin and the wife had the chicken carbonara. The pork was tender enough to cut with a fork and the pasta was creamy and tasty. The calamari was also very good with the lemon basil aioli that comes with it. I was torn with some of the other menu items so I will definitely be back to try them.

It's been great in the past. However this visit was quite different. The two hours I was there not even once did the staff refill the towels in the bathroom despite the 6 different people at our table telling someone at different times. The meat was overcooked and one of us had undercooked seafood. I can't recommend for the price at this point.

Amazing food, great service and definitely worth a the little bite more you would pay if eating at a chain restaurant.

I always sit at the bar upstairs and have dinner very very friendly staff and a great place to have a great meal and a couple of cocktails

Food and service was great, went on Valentine's day, took 90 minutes to get our food. Gave them the benefit of the doubt.

Always a great place to dine and the best staff in the world, from the kitchen to the front door! Fantastic food and a great time is always had here.

Got reservations for our wedding dinner and Jared was our server. The food wasn't bad at all but Jared made the night super special. He was very accommodating and even helped take some pictures for us! Way to go my dude... Awesome job!

They ran out of prime rib early, but the sirloin was very good. Chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream was also a winner!

Second disappointment at this restaurant. We waited over 2 hours for our food and at the two hour mark they forgot my meal and were just about to start it, so I ended up canceling it. My wife’s burger was very dry and she couldn’t even eat.

Decent place. But there is a clash between decor and romance/class. It all doesn't really fit together. Had the wild rice soup. So good. And the meatballs. Sauce was awesome, but the texture of the meatballs were not as great. Friend had the crab cakes. Their texture was awesome and they were soooooo tastey. Our server was great. But other staff members seemed annoyed and unapproachable

Twice disappointed...based on my experience and opinion. Ordered bison steak medium rare twice in two weeks and both times it came out well done and tough to cut and eat. First go round the steak was redone and came out fine. Second time too was sent back to be redone by which time rest of dinner party had finished their meal. So nibbled on sides and canceled order. Waitstaff was very concerned at repeat mishap and very apologetic - not the waitstaff’s fault. Manager was apologetic too but somewhat flippant about my repeat experience - did not appreciate. So, am beginning to write off this place from my/our list of places to dine in town. Ambience and food were both excellent years ago and have deteriorated since the reopening...price of course is still up there! Spent a packet both visits. Disappointing experiences overall.

Prices at par for big cities but food, service and decor falls terribly short.Au jus that was dry on my plate along with a steak that felt almost rewarmed. String beans were ate least 2-3 days old, mushy and they even looked the age with brown spots. `Only reason why I did not complain is that my waitress seemed not to care.

Great unassuming atmosphere, food and service. Love that it's not a chain or franchise like much of the town because you can tell it's from the heart thanks to the white tablecloths, pristine servers and presentations. Will definitely be returning!

Nice atmosphere, good service. I wish they would dim the lights a little bit and work on knowing their wine menu and serving it. Steak was very good, cooked just right but unfortunately my green beans were very overcooked and soggy.

Arguably the best restaurant experience in Minot. Food is always spot on and drinks for the most part are delicious. I always suggest them to people new to Minot. Get the pheasant strip appetizer. You won't regret it.

Seemed like a happening place, big party going on upstairs. Three of us ate 3 different dishes. Ordered pheasant strips as appetizer - should be known as General Tso's ______ (couldn't tell if it was pheasant, chicken or duck...it could have been rabbit). Thick breading and drenched in sauce. The pan fried walleye (burned on one side) was decent but only ate down to breading from the top. Buffalo strip (blackened on both sides) was seemingly not marinated or seasoned salt and pepper made it bearable. Other was smoked duck (great flavor very chewy, needed two hands to separate wing from breast and had to borrow steak knife). Clean place, nice setting and professional professional wait staff, just kitchen issues.

Awesome restaurant , nothing else like it in town!

Food was great. They have some interesting menu items. But, the service could be better. When we were seated, nobody took a drink order from us or even asked us if we'd been there before. When we ordered our main courses, we had to remind them we needed to order drinks. Food was excellent! I got Bison steak which was perfectly cooked. At the end they did offer a complimentary dessert for my son. It was his birthday. So, they were very nice.

The angry calamari and pheasant strips were delicious full of flavor. I dont reccomend the jumbo shrimp. I had grilled and fried, both were flavorless.

Finally went there for the 1st time and had a great experience. The service and food were great . Price was lower than what I expected. Will definitely be back!

Still struggling to figure out what it wants to be. On some points, it seems the aim is a high end restaurant. Then they throw in things like casual decor and homestyle menu items. Food can be hit or miss, with a tendency to overcook. Add in service levels that swing like ND weather... too often cold and dead, while occassionally excellent.Drinks have been on point. The disconnect just doesn't work for me. My advice: pick a direction and embrace it.
